What is the Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation where we discuss your design ideas, project scope, timeline, and how our design process can help achieve your vision.

How should I prepare for the Discovery Call?

What happens after the Discovery Call?

After our call, we'll follow up with a concise document summarizing our findings and estimating the budget per square foot based on your goals. Once everything is clear and you're ready to move forward, we'll draft a proposal and send it to you via our online portal.

Is there a minimum budget for projects you work on?

Many clients come to us because they appreciate the quality and experience of our work. We believe there is a minimum scale of projects that can capture these aspirations and allow us to give our clients and their projects the attention and time to deliver the quality we're known for.

Design Phases: Develop and refine the design through various stages until the project can be built by an experienced general contractor using our set of drawings and documents.
Construction Liaison: While most of our work is done before construction, we liaise between you and the general contractor to monitor, correct when necessary, and guide as the vision comes to life.

ABOUT havard cooper III

Havard Cooper is a designer and architect based in New York. His study of classical music in his youth gracefully segued into a fruitful residential architecture and interior design career. Drawing inspiration from his homelands, the breathtaking Northumberland coast, and the vibrant West Indies, this individual crafted living spaces that embodied classical compositions' timeless elegance and sophistication. With an ear finely tuned to the harmonies and rhythms of orchestral masterpieces, each architectural and design element mirrored the dynamic interplay of melody and harmony, creating a visual symphony for the senses. The result was a collection of distinctive residences that celebrated the rich legacy of classical music while offering a serene yet evocative sanctuary for those who dwell within.

Throughout his career, Havard Cooper III has collaborated with notable firms, such as Charlap Hyman Herrero, Sawyer Berson, Cetra Ruddy, Rockwell Group, and D'apostrophe. His clients have included Related Group, George Condo, KAWS, Levy Gorvy, and Skarstedt Gallery to name a few.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and a Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art & Design.

He is WELL AP, AIA, RIBA and a LEED AP. Registered in New York, Connecticut, and Illinois.
